Entry Requirements

1. Entry is free, with no purchase necessary.
2. Entry is open to residents aged 18 years or older in New Zealand and the following Australian states: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania.
3. Nominated businesses and community organisations must be based in New Zealand or one of the eligible Australian states. Individual goodie bag recipients must be aged 18 years or older and reside in an eligible location.
4. Entrants must complete the entry requirements specified in the official Instagram giveaway post published by @printroom_co. This includes following the Instagram account @printroom_co and tagging another Instagram user in the comments on the specified post.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, residency or eligibility from any entrant or winner.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the entry requirements or these Terms and Conditions.
7. Entrants may enter multiple times, provided each comment tags a different person, business or community organisation. Each eligible comment counts as one entry. Different entrants may nominate the same account, and nominated accounts may win more than once. Duplicate nominations of the same account by the same entrant, fake accounts and automated entries will be disqualified.
8. Print Room staff and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Giveaway Period

1. The giveaway opens at 12:30 pm New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, and closes at 10:00 am NZDT on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).
2. Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. 
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason.

Winner Selection

1. Winners will be drawn at 12:30 pm NZDT on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at Print Room, 21 Grosvenor Street, Kensington, Dunedin, 9011, New Zealand
2. Three separate random draws will be conducted in the following order: business prize, community prize and goodie bag prizes.
3. For each category, comments will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a random number generator or equivalent random selection tool. The nominated account will be checked for eligibility for that prize category. If it does not qualify, another comment will be randomly selected until an eligible winner is identified.
4. The business prize will be awarded to one eligible tagged business. The community prize will be awarded directly to one eligible tagged community organisation or registered charity. For the goodie bag draw, both the selected commenter and their tagged account will each receive a goodie bag, subject to eligibility.
5. Each eligible comment counts as one entry. The same account may be nominated by multiple entrants and may receive more than one prize. The Promoter's decisions regarding eligibility and the draws will be final, subject to applicable law.

Winner Notification

1. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the Promoter's official Instagram account, @printroom_co, on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
2. Winners must respond to the notification and claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted.
3. Winners may be required to provide their full name, contact details, delivery address and, where necessary, evidence of age, residency or organisational eligibility to claim their prize.
4. If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact them before reserving the right to withdraw the prize offer and select an alternative winner using the same random selection process, subject to applicable law.
5. Initial winner notifications will only be sent from @printroom_co. Subsequent communications may take place through verified email or other agreed channels. The Promoter will never request payment or passwords to claim a prize. Bank details may be requested directly from the winning community organisation where necessary to facilitate the donation.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to receive or respond to a notification due to incorrect account details, message settings or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

7. The NZ$2,000 merchandise credit includes GST and shipping, must be redeemed in a single order within 90 days of being awarded, and is subject to Print Room's usual minimum order quantities (MOQs).
8. Any unused credit will expire after this period unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
9. If the total order value exceeds NZ$2,000, inclusive of GST and shipping, the winning business must pay the difference.
10. The community prize is a NZ$2,000 donation, paid directly to the eligible tagged community organisation or registered charity.
11. Any community group nominated to receive a donation must be a registered charity or a formally registered or recognised organisation appropriate to its category. For example, a nominated sports club must be a registered sports club. The Promoter may request evidence of the group's registration or status before approving the donation.

All values are in NZD and inclusive of GST where applicable. 

1. Goodie bag vouchers can be redeemed by both New Zealand and Australian residents and are subject to the issuing retailer’s terms and conditions, including any redemption restrictions and expiry dates.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except for the community donation, which will be paid directly to the eligible community organisation or registered charity.
3. If the selected organisation does not meet the eligibility requirements, another comment will be randomly selected using the same draw process.
4. Winners are responsible for any tax implications of their prize.
5. The Promoter will deliver prizes to eligible addresses in New Zealand and Australia at no cost to the winners.
6. Goodie bags will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw to an eligible delivery address. Merchandise credit will be made available to the winning business within 28 days of the draw. Delivery of merchandise ordered using that credit will be subject to Print Room's normal production lead times.
7. The community donation will be paid directly to the eligible organisation within 28 days of the draw, subject to timely verification of its eligibility and payment details.

Privacy

1. By entering the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that, if selected as a winner, their name and Instagram username may be published on the Promoter's social media profiles for the purpose of announcing the winners. The winners' names will also be published on this page on 4 November 2026 and remain publicly available for at least 28 days.
2. Any personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used for the administration of the giveaway and related purposes disclosed by the Promoter.
3. Personal information will be collected and used to verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment. Where necessary, information may be shared with prize suppliers and delivery providers for these purposes.
